This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Konstantin Sergeevich Shakhov, a self-employed taxpayer of professional income tax (TIN 971514242344) (also “we”, “us”, “our”, the “Operator”), processes personal data on the website https://shv-agency.ru (the “Site”), including https://shv-agency.ru/en.

We will review your request within the time limits set by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006 (the “Personal Data Law”).

What terms do we use?

Personal data — any information that relates to you directly or indirectly or makes it possible to identify you.

User — any visitor of the Site.

Processing of personal data — any operations performed with personal data.

request rectification of your personal data;
request blocking and deletion of your personal data;

You may appeal the Operator’s actions to the territorial body of Roskomnadzor or in court.

Why and how do we process data?

We may collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, update (refresh, change), extract, use, transfer (provide, grant access), block, delete and destroy personal data — to the extent needed for the purposes below.

Processing may be automated and/or non-automated, including transmission over communication networks.

Project discussion and Site inquiries

When you fill in “Discuss a project” or similar forms we process:

name;
contact (Telegram and/or email);
task description / project details;
budget range;
fact and time of consent to processing and acknowledgement of the Policy.

These data are not special-category or biometric data. The legal basis is the data subject’s consent (Arts. 6 and 9 of the Personal Data Law), given via separate checkboxes in the form and by submitting the request.

Inquiries are sent to the Operator by email and handled personally. We contact you through the details you provide.

Inquiry data are stored for up to 12 months from the last contact on that inquiry, or until consent is withdrawn / deletion is requested (unless longer retention is needed to protect the Operator’s rights). If we enter into a contract, processing continues for performance of the contract and mandatory retention.

Technical data and visit analytics

If you consent to analytics cookies we may process:

IP address;
browser User-Agent;
page path and view duration;
session identifier.

Purpose — visit statistics and improving the Site. Basis — consent (choice in the cookie banner).

Cookies

Cookies are small files on the User’s device that help the Site work and, with consent, support analytics.

We use:

cookie_consent — your choice (analytics / necessary only), up to 12 months;
session_id — analytics session id (only after analytics consent), up to 30 days; flags HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure on HTTPS;
site_lang — UI language preference, up to 12 months.

Strictly necessary cookies may be set for basic Site operation. Analytics cookies — only after “Accept” in the banner. To change your choice: clear the Site’s cookies in the browser or write to the Operator; the banner reappears after cookie_consent is removed.

When do we stop processing?

the processing purposes are achieved;
consent is withdrawn (unless other grounds under the Personal Data Law apply);
the Operator ceases activity;
unlawful processing is identified.

When may we share data?

you gave consent;
transfer is needed to perform a contract with you;
required by Russian Federation law;
on transfer of the Site to a new owner who assumes Policy obligations.

Hosting providers and email services may act as processors on the Operator’s instructions. The current list is available on request. We do not sell data or use it for mass advertising without separate consent.

Security

Personal data are treated as confidential. The Operator applies legal, organizational and technical measures: HTTPS, access limits, secure session-cookie flags, data minimization.
